Thank you for shopping with Lullabud. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.
Business days
All processing and delivery times in this policy are counted in business days: Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Weekends are not counted in either the processing time or the delivery time.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and link.
Delivery times
After processing, estimated delivery time is 6-9 business days, depending on your destination.
Example: if you order on a Monday, your order may ship by Wednesday and arrive within 6-9 business days after that, not counting weekends.
All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, customs, weather, high-volume periods such as holidays, or other events outside our control.
Shipping costs
Standard shipping is free on all orders, unless a different shipping cost is shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Where we ship from
Your order is shipped directly from our partner warehouses and suppliers, which may be located in a different country from yours. If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.
Shipping destinations
We ship to the countries available at checkout. If your country is not listed, we are currently unable to ship there.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. Unless these charges are collected at checkout, they are the responsibility of the customer. Any charges collected at checkout will be shown before you complete your purchase. Customs processing may add extra time to the delivery.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number and link. Tracking information may take 2-5 business days to update after you receive it. If your tracking has not updated after 7 business days, please contact us.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout and include your phone number, as the carrier may need it for delivery. If you need to correct your address, contact us as soon as possible and before your order ships. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or for parcels returned to us because they could not be delivered or were not collected. In those cases, re-shipping costs may apply.
Lost, damaged or delayed packages
- Delayed: if your order has not arrived within 15 business days after shipping, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
- Marked as delivered but not received: please check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
- Lost: if the carrier confirms that your parcel is lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
- Damaged: if your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
Order changes and cancellations
You can change or cancel your order free of charge before it ships by emailing us as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, we can no longer modify or cancel it, but you can still return it according to our Refund Policy. Refunds for cancelled orders are issued to the original payment method.
